Plunge pulley cutting is a highly specialized concrete cutting method used when access is limited to one side of a structure. By first core-drilling a hole through the concrete and then threading a diamond wire through it, the system—guided by pulleys—allows the wire saw to plunge directly into the concrete, making deep and accurate cuts.
